How long will it be till I get my order?
Your order is made to order, therefore you need to understand a few minor things. No candle will ever be identical. the weight may vary slightly between candles as they are all hand poured in small batches however I will do my best to keep them uniform. The reason I dont hold candles on the shelves is I like you to know that your candle is made for you. Its not collecting dust, sitting out in the light getting discoloured. It will be so fresh and so new it will be like the smell of a fresh loaf of bread in a bakery - Totally DIVINE!!!!!Plus I am only a small home business and I dont have shop space. The only thing that I have pre-made are the clamshell melts as i pour these in bulk. At the moment I am pouring 2-3 times a week. Your order will be poured within a 7 day period and you will need to allow 2-10 working days for shipping. Sometimes longer during busy periods like christmas.

How do I store my candles?
Candles need to be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct and indirect sunlight.
Your candles will discolour and fade if they are in the light for an extended period of time.
This will not affect the burn quality of your candle or its fragrance, it is simply an aesthetic thing.
What is "Candle Maintenance"?
TRIMMING THE WICK - BOTH COTTON & WOOD WICKS
Always trim the wick to a length of 5mm before lighting it. This will not only increase the burn time of your candle, it will stop it from smoking and forming a "mushroom" on the top of the wick. It will also extend the life of your candle.
HOW LONG CAN YOU BURN A CANDLE FOR?
The first time you burn your candle you must ensure that it creates a "melt pool" all the way to the edge of the glass.
Candles have a "memory", and if you only allow the burn pool to go half way, the next time you burn your candle it will start to "tunnel" and only burn through the centre causing a tunnel effect leaving lots of unmelted wax on the side of the glass.
For safety reasons do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
What do I do if I spill candle wax?
The great thing about soy candles is you can pretty much clean it up with hot soapy water so put those harsh chemicals away. Firstly let the wax harden so that you are able to lift away the larger pieces by hand and get scrubbing with some hot soapy water.
Please look at your care lables on the spilt item first as in some cases such as a silk dress, leave it to the profesionals and take it to the cleaners to be safe.
How do I get the wick out so I can reuse my jar?
We have searched high and low to bring you some beautiful high quality glassware so dont throw it out. Reuse and recycle.
Once you have burnt your candle all the way to the bottom simply scrape out any remaining wax with a spoon (plastic preferred) and put it in the bin. Boil the kettle and pour in enough hot water to cover the wick stem, it will take about 30 seconds to sofen the glue. Pour out the hot water and with a blunt knife just gently lift the wick stem away from the base.
Wash with hot soapy water.
How do I burn incense sticks?
Light the tip of the incense stick.
Gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. Your incense should glow red and give off a delecate wisp of pale fragrant smoke indicating that it is slowly burning or "Smoldering"
Place the unlit end into an appropriate incense burner.
Never leave a burning incense stick unattended.
